Finding God in Pain

Recently, I have been burdened with overwhelming thoughts about the cruelty of this broken world along with heartbreak, suffering, and pain. 

How do we give thanks in all circumstances? How do we find happiness and joy in the Lord in the midst of pain and anguish? 

Thank God

God, in His grace and wisdom, has graciously provided many mentors to show the exemplary mindset & heart of one who has found joy in the Lord in the midst of suffering. 

Paul, John, and especially Christ, showed us how to bear pain for a short season while looking to the joy that was to come.
